These machines are rock-solid and have a mineral-cast base. They offer precision contour cutting accuracy of +/- 5um. You can choose from a fiber laser or the most recent Monaco USP laser for fine cutting any metal or polymer.

The option to choose between 2D/3D laser cutting technology allows for the possibility of customizing and precise cutting parts in a wide range of shapes. These include tubes with square, rectangular, and round shapes, as well as profiles with varied open cross-sections (e.g. H, L. T, Ucross-sections). 3D technology is capable of cutting straight edges up to 45degrees. This flexibility makes it unnecessary to perform costly milling and drilling, punching, punching, or other sawing operations.

Another consideration is the fiber laser’s briefcase-sized modules—they allow for redundancy. If one module has a problem, the resonator doesn’t shut down completely. The fiber laser is redundant in a way that the other modules can produce more power temporarily to support the down module until repairs can be completed—which, by the way, can be done in the field. Other times the fiber resonator can continue producing reduced power until repairs can be made. Unfortunately, if a CO2 resonator has an issue, the entire resonator is down, not just in a reduced-power mode.
